Well I had great intentions of posting a picture of the amazing Enchilada Pie I made for dinner. It looked SO good… it was SO pretty, and Mark and Spencer ate so much of it that what was left in dish wasn’t worth taking a picture of. I’ll try to get a picture of Thanksgiving Dinner before it’s demolished. We don’t have turkey around here (bleh) so this year we’re having steak and shrimp on the grill!
